US Shipping

We offer shipping via the United States Postal Service (USPS), or UPS. Most items shipped through the USPS will go first class or priority mail.

Here is the method: Our shirts, stickers and buttons are lovingly packaged in appropriate envelopes or boxes along with whatever goodies we have laying around (postcards, stickers, extra buttons, etc), and then shipped to you. We generally ship within 2 working days of your order.

USPS shipping information
When you choose USPS for the shipping method, we will ship your order one of two ways. If the listed weight of your order is less than one pound, we will ship via USPS first class mail. This will take between 5 and 7 days to arrive at your door. If your listed weight is one pound or more, we’ll ship via Priority mail, which is a 2- or 3-day ship to most locations. Neither USPS option has a tracking number, and they are not 1,000 percent guaranteed to arrive at a certain time. If you need tracking, please choose UPS for your shipping method

UPS shipping information
UPS is a good shipping option if you need tracking information or guaranteed transit time. If you’d like to see how long it takes for a package to arrive at your doorstep via UPS, please visit UPS.com and enter zip code 98225.

Please keep in mind that we are not always able to ship the same day you order, and the UPS transit time is based on the ship date.

International Shipping

Some international orders may include a handling fee with your shipping cost. This fee helps to offset the additional costs of shipping orders out of the US. If you have any quesitons about our shipping policies, please contact us before placing your order, as cancelled orders are subject to a 15/% service/restocking fee.

We mark customs forms as “merchandise” or “other,” so some countries may charge you a customs fee or tax.

Most international orders arrive within a week or two of shipping. But sometimes an order can be held up in customs or mysteriously delayed up to 8 weeks from shipment. If your international order has not arrived within eight weeks of shipment, please let us know and we’ll do what we can to work it out with you.

Merch-Bot.com accepts credit card and Paypal payments for orders originating in and shipping to the US. Depending on current global fraud and credit card processing fees, some countries may not have all payment options available.

Privacy & Security

We take your personal information seriously.

We will not sell or trade your info to any outside company.

We could take ten pages to say the same thing in legaleeze, but it is a pretty simple statement, so we decided that it is unnecessary to be so precise and anal retentive.

Returns & Replacements

We are sure you’ll love your merch-bot product, but if, for some reason, you get a defective product, we’ll be glad to return it for you. Just email us for instructions. If you order the wrong size shirt, we can exchange it for you, but you’ll be responsible for paying the extra shipping back and forth, so ASK US QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. Also, if you provide us with an incorrect address, you will be charged for re-shipping when the order comes back to us.

If you just decide you don’t want your product, we can cancel your order before we ship, but there will be a 15 percent restocking fee. If you have already recieved your order, and you don’t want it, you may ship the product back, unopened and in its original condition (sorry smokers and pet lovers, we do not accept returned shirts that smell like smoke or have cat hair all over) for a refund minus our 15 percent restocking fee.

Our goal is to please you, so just let us know if you have any questions or if you need something you don’t see listed on the site.

Ordering
You may place your order online or call us between 10 am and 2 pm PST monday through Friday. Please be aware that orders placed over the phone will be input into exactly the same system you would use to checkout online. We accept credit card and paypal payments only through the website. If you’d like to pay in cash or with a check, please visit our store in Bellingham, WA.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Please note that prices may vary between our retail store and the website. We do not match web prices in the store or vice versa.
Viewing Orders
To view your current and past orders, simply log into your Merch-Bot account. We are using a new shopping cart as of November 2008, so if you don’t see your previous orders, and you need info regarding them, please contact us and we can pull up your archives and answer any questions you’ve got.
