I’m a Trekkie. I can hear all the moans of those loyal to Star Wars right now. Wait, why are Star Wars fans looking up Star Trek stuff? I guess since Takei suggested star peace, we’re all going to try to get along.

Despite the star peace, for those of us who have a special appreciation for a respected, well-put-together bald guy (Captain Picard) we have something truly unique to help you feel like part of the exploration. For the uninitiated, NCC-1701-D is the registry number of the Enterprise featured in Star Trek: The Next Generation, a TV show that ran from 1987 through 1994 and has had several movies produced within and outside of the series.

These geek-chic car emblems are designed to resemble your stock vehicle model emblem (like, for instance, “Corolla” or “F-150″). Thrill at the puzzled and delighted looks of others as they try to figure out when Star Fleet made a minivan.

Cast in durable plastic from a custom silicone mold and painted black and chrome. Comes with all-weather, automotive-strength double-sided tape on the back so it will stay where you put it on the back of your car.

Handmade in Bellingham, WA, this parody car emblem is guaranteed to boost your nerd street cred with pretty much anyone who remembers the early nineties. Or has Netflix.
